At Celeste D'or Curve, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help - under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that, for hygiene purposes, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds for intimate items, including panties and swimwear.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Please note that we do not offer free returns and a return fee applies.
If the return is due to the consumer’s reasons (e.g., changed mind, ordered the wrong item, no longer needed, wrong size), the cost of the return fee will be deducted from your refund.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item, damaged or defective product), Celeste D'or Curve will send a new item at no extra cost. Please contact us in advance so we can arrange the delivery.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact Us
Reach out via our Contact Form with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, your brief explanation for return and photos of each side of the item(s). We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Step 2: Package and Ship
Once approved, securely package your item(s).
Step 3: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
*Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and any applicable customs fees will be deducted from your refund total.
