At Celeste D'or Curve, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help - under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility
  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number) is required.

Important: For hygiene reasons, underwear such as panties and swimwear are non-returnable and non-refundable.
However, we can offer to send a replacement item or a different size if needed.

 

Who Pays for Return Shipping?
  • If the return is due to the consumer’s reasons (e.g., changed mind, ordered the wrong item, no longer needed, wrong size), the consumer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item, damaged or defective product), Celeste D'or Curve will send a new item at no extra costs. Please contact us in advance so we can arrange the delivery.
Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • To request an exchange, please email us at contact@celeste-dor.com before returning the item.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us
Reach out via our Contact Form with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, your brief explanation for return and photos of each side of the item(s). We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Step 2: Package and Ship
Once approved, securely package your item(s). Due to recent changes in international tariff regulations, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels at this time. This means return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

We strongly recommend using a track-and-trace shipping service when sending your return. Untracked packages cannot be guaranteed for delivery, and we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Step 3: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and any applicable customs fees will be deducted from your refund total.

Return-to-sender Orders

If a package is refused by the customer, marked unclaimed, or returned to sender due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, the following applies:

  • Refunds will only be processed once the item is returned to our warehouse

  • 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the total order amount

  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded

We highly recommend double-checking your shipping address and tracking updates to avoid these situations.
