Celeste D'or Curve return policy

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Once we send you return instructions, ship the item back within 14 days using a tracked service.

A return fee applies to change-of-mind returns and is deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of your return reaching our warehouse.

Wrong size? You get one free size exchange per order, within 14 days of delivery. Tags and liners must be intact and the item must only have been tried on for fit.

Shapewear bodysuits are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds, but sizing issues are covered by the Perfect Fit Guarantee. Bonus items from promotions (such as Buy One Get One) cannot be returned on their own. If you return the qualifying item, the bonus must come back too or its retail price is deducted from your refund. For purchases made through a retailer, please return to the original place of purchase.

Starting a return

  1. Start your return and follow the steps. Have your order number and the email address you used at purchase ready.

  2. Tell us which items you are sending back, why, and upload a photo showing the tags still attached. Requests without a photo cannot be processed.

  3. One of our team reviews your request and comes back to you within 24 to 48 hours with your next steps.
